Winter sketching in Princeton means indoor sketching, so last month we settled in at a coffee shop and Bistro called CoCo's.
They welcome artsy folks so we were right at home.
This month, we chose our wonderful new library with it's welcoming fireplace, comforable reading chairs and floor pillows.

Now that we've set a trend, next month we'll meet at the wonderful museum (seems everything artsy is wonderful and new in Princeton!  We've included photos of our library morning.

Princeton Sketch Crawl, Nov. 21, 2009

We started our first sketch crawl in our local Cowboy Coffee shop to get a warm start.  It was chilly outside so we appreciated the coffee and the atmosphere.  Our day included a visit a few doors away to The Winking Peddler in order to attend our fifth member's show of watercolours and acrylics that day.  
Later we had a break for lunch and finished up with a stroll to Swan Lake and a couple of quick outdoor sketches before our hands and the ink froze!
I think we may be hooked... Next crawl is February 27th.  New participants are always welcome!
